This notice describes how Assetallocationjw S.r.l. (the 'Controller') processes the personal data of users who visit the website assetallocationjw.media, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.
1. Data controller

2. Categories of data collected
We collect: (a) data voluntarily provided through the newsletter subscription form (name, email address); (b) browsing data (anonymised IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of the visit); (c) data collected through cookies and similar technologies, as set out in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes: (a) sending the monthly informational newsletter; (b) handling requests sent by email; (c) producing aggregated statistics on the use of the website; (d) compliance with legal and tax obligations.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are: the consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) for the newsletter, the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (letter b), the legitimate interest of the Controller (letter f) for aggregated statistics, and compliance with a legal obligation (letter c).
5. Methods of processing and retention
Data is processed using IT tools, adopting appropriate technical and organisational measures. Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn. Browsing data is kept only for the time strictly necessary and in any case for no more than 24 months.
6. Disclosure of data
Data may be disclosed to service providers acting as Data Processors (for example email delivery platforms, hosting services with servers in the European Union), appointed pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. No data transfer outside the European Economic Area is envisaged.
7. Rights of the data subject
Users have the right to access their data, request its rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, to object to the processing, to receive their data in a structured format (portability) and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights please write to redazione@assetallocationjw.media.
8. Complaint to the supervisory authority
Users have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Piazza Venezia 11, 00187 Rome) if they believe that the processing of their data infringes applicable law.
